How we work

Initially you will work with a dedicated Candidate Consultant who will work to fully understand your career objectives and perform enhanced “housekeeping” on your CV i.e. career objective, salary requirements, geographical locations, notice period to ensure we fully grasp where you want your next move to take you.

After this you will be put in touch with one of our senior and experienced consultants to discuss our client base and roles we have.

We understand that changing jobs is stressful enough without having to manage numerous calls from many different people from the same consultancy. We ease the process by making your contact list with Jefferson Tiley simple. You will not be contacted by anyone other than these two consultants at any time during your job search. We believe in a quality approach, not quantity.

We will offer you job opportunities, assistance, thoughts and guidance but will insist that you remain in charge of your search. We guarantee that we will not approach any clients or submit your CV without your express permission.

Your two consultants will be on hand to help you throughout the process – from offering interview preparation to giving guidance on resigning.
